Very welcoming tea room and cafe with a fantastic host and great food. We had steak and ale pie of the day which was locally made and packed full of meat and extremely tasty and also gammon eggs and chips cooked to perfection. The coffee was good too. Amazing cake on offer but too full to indulge although others commented on how lovely it was and portions were ample. We enjoyed the atmosphere and attentive service. Thank you.

Quite and generous tea rooms with lovely cakes The Codford tea rooms is located in the old George Pub just off the main road through the village. There is good parking outside and along the road. On arriving we were welcomed in by the staff, with a good selection of teas and cake we quickly placed out order and made ourselves comfortable. Our order of a cream tea and walnut cake with a tea arrived swiftly. The servings were generous, hitting the spot perfectly for what we’re looking for!

Another fabulous breakfast here, food was cooked to our preference and nothing was too much trouble. Tish made us feel welcome and we enjoyed an upbeat conversation with her and her staff. We do so love this little gem and recommend it to our visiting friends.

What a great find on our trip down the A303. We had a great Sunday roast and very warm and friendly welcome from all at the Tea Rooms. We'll definitely be back!

Very amazing lovely Tea Rooms. Excellent service and so very friendly. The place is spotless and extremely well decorated. Our server was brilliant and as for the food, it was magnificent. We had the toastie, which was huge. Came with gorgeously done chips and side salad. Our hot chocolate was phenomenal, as shown in the photo. I fully recommend a trip there and will, when I'm in Wiltshire, go there again xxx

Really happy to have stumbled upon this place. My wife and I had a lovely lunch (Greek chicken and vegetable stew for me and smoked salmon rarebit for my wife). Good portions, friendly staff, and a very pleasant environment. Thoroughly recommend.
